Prior to joining Knightsbridge, Kendra served ten years as operations manager for MedEncentive, a healthcare cost-containment and patient education company. There, she was responsible for participant relations, quality assurance, platform testing, policies and procedures, HIPAA compliance, and subcontractor management.

Kendra holds an MA in political science from the University of Iowa, and a BA in political science and German from the University of Kansas.
